Who We Are
Motivated by Christian and social concern, we aim to create places where people want to live. We invest in high quality housing, support and services that are affordable and accessible to those in housing need.
Christian Action (Enfield) Housing Association was founded in 1966 by local Churches and Christians in response to the local need for affordable rented housing.
Today Christian Action owns or manages over 1000 dwellings, and provides a range of housing and services while also making a major social investment in the four North London boroughs in which we operate.
We are a charity, incorporated as an Industrial Provident Society. Our aim is to be a dynamic, community based, social business developing and managing good quality housing at affordable rents, and providing a range of services to support people who are in housing need.
We are part of a national alliance of Housing Associations that are iN Business for Neighbourhoods.
We put our energy into creating places where people want to live.
We invest in a range of services as well as homes.
We are an independent social business working with local people and partner organisations to deliver results.
