Reporting a Repair

We aim to provide a fast and efficient repair service.

For all repairs, please either telephone Christian Action Repairs Line 01992 765990 or e-mail repairs@christianaction.org.uk We recommend that you report emergency repairs by telephone, as e-mails may not be dealt with until the following working day.

During office hours (8.00 to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday) your calls will be answered at our Head Office. Out of hours (evenings, Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays), this service is provided by Christian Action's maintenance contractor.

Emergency and urgent repairs. The Association has classified a range of repairs as emergency and urgent.
